Preparations for summer 2026
With the 2026 summer season approaching, the restoration and preparation of our complex is entering its next active phase.
Following the successful restoration of electricity, water supply, and essential services last season, our team is now focused on the comprehensive preparation of the resort for the 2026 season.
We are committed to delivering on our promise of improved and expanded services for all owners.
Current Progress on Site
Daily operations are underway, specifically focused on:
Preparation of All Buildings
Systematic preparation of all buildings for full operation.
Common Areas and Amenities
Cleaning and restoration of the common areas and amenities.
Green Areas
Maintenance and enhancement of green areas throughout the complex.
Technical and General Repairs
Ongoing repairs of technical issues and general repairs.

Key Milestones & Opening Schedule
The planned reopening of the resort is scheduled for May 1, 2026. To ensure a smooth start, the following services will be activated:

In Parallel, We Are Working On
Restoring the central air conditioning systems for all buildings.
Preparing and launching the pools in front of Sigma and Delta.
Opening facilities, including at least one restaurant, with a second under consideration, the Lobby Bar and the Pool Bar.
Continuous improvement of the overall environment of the complex.
Our Shared Reality
Maintaining a resort of this scale requires significant resources, rigorous organization, and consistency.
Our team is on-site every day with three clear goals for our community:
Restoration of the market value of our properties
Opportunity for rental income
Comfortable and full usage of the apartments
In this process, legally established procedures are applied, ensuring the protection of the interests of all owners and the sustainable operation of the complex.
The existence of judicial and enforcement proceedings is an objective fact, following the legal framework, and carries financial consequences for owners with outstanding obligations to the Condominium.
Our priority, of course, is for these matters to be resolved voluntarily. We believe that real actions and achieved results are the strongest argument for even the skeptical owners to join the collective effort to restore the complex.
However, should a different approach be chosen, all legal measures provided by Bulgarian law will be applied to protect the interests of the community.
