Preparing for Season 2027
The next step in the development of Sunset Resort – planning the investments, repairs and services that will shape the seasons ahead.
Dear Owners,
At the height of the 2026 season, the SR Property Management team has the pleasure of welcoming a growing number of owners who are once again choosing to use their apartments at Sunset Resort.
We would like to thank everyone who shared their positive feedback on the progress achieved compared to last year.
At the same time, we are fully aware that the complete restoration and modernisation of the complex still requires a great deal of work. That is precisely why we have already begun preparing the next stage in the development of Sunset Resort, with a primary focus on the 2027 season.
We are currently working on detailed technical, financial, and organisational analyses, aligned with the actual financial capacity and budget of the complex.
Owners’ Meeting – Early September
The analyses will be presented to all owners at an Owners’ meeting in early September. We will inform you of the exact date as soon as possible, so that you can plan your participation.
What We Will Present at the Meeting
Following the detailed expense reports for 2025 that we sent you in January and February, at the meeting we will present:
- 1 A detailed analysis of the investments required for the next stage of the complex’s restoration
- 2 Proposals for optimising costs and implementing the investments in stages
- 3 A financial plan for carrying out the procedure for establishing individual power supply and installing individual electricity meters
- 4 An analysis of the repairs needed in each building
- 5 Proposals for prioritising the mandatory repair works
- 6 A plan for the gradual restoration and expansion of the services offered in the complex
- 7 An assessment of the expected impact of the planned investments on the quality of life in the complex and on the long-term increase in the value of our properties
Our goal is for all important decisions about the future of the complex to be taken transparently, lawfully and with the support of the majority of owners.
Your Voice at the Table
The upcoming meeting will give every owner the opportunity to review the specific technical and financial calculations, ask questions and take part in discussing the decisions that will shape the development of the complex in the next few years.
We are confident that through sound planning, the active involvement of owners and consistent investment, Sunset Resort will once again be an attractive place for holidays, rental and long-term investment, and that the value of every owner’s property will grow.
Every Owner Matters
We thank all owners whose trust, support, and active participation are helping to bring Sunset Resort back to life.
At the same time, we would like to invite those owners who have not yet joined our common efforts. The upcoming meeting is an opportunity for their voices to be heard and for them to take part in the decisions about the future of the complex.
Time for the Next Step
Together we have taken the first and most difficult step – we restored the normal functioning of the complex. Now it is time to take the next one – to approve a plan for a more modern, more attractive and more valuable Sunset Resort for all of us.
