Our team continues to work on site, preparing and securing the resort for the winter months.

We are winterizing the buildings and resort infrastructure to keep them protected throughout the winter and ready for operations to resume in the spring. Our maintenance team is cleaning and repairing the roof terraces and drainage systems of apartments we have access to, helping to prevent leaves and debris from building up and water from collecting during the winter months. The main water supply line serving the Beta, Alpha and Family buildings is also scheduled for repair as part of our ongoing work on the resort infrastructure.

As part of our winter activities, the electricity supply to the buildings has been temporarily suspended. This helps reduce unnecessary electricity consumption and related costs, allowing us to use the available funds more efficiently for essential winter maintenance and preparation for the 2027 season.

Work on Rental Program 2027 also continues, including the integration of the reservation system with the Owners Portal and our daily individual communication with you, so that we can answer the questions that matter to you and discuss how you would like your property to work for you.
