Sunset Resort continues to move forward
Following the successful restoration of the resort's operations, we are now entering the next stage of its recovery and development.
We recognise that every owner has different plans for their property.
For those who participate in our programme, it is important that you notify us in advance of your stay or the stay of your guests at reception@sunsetresortowners.bg or via the owners portal. If necessary, you can also order cleaning or other services.
SRPM (Sunset Resort Property Management) Ltd is a management company founded and run by the condo owners themselves. The company has been created to unite the multi-national community of owners in the complex with the sole common goal of restoring and improving Sunset Resort, while protecting the value of the owners' investments.
SRPM provides comprehensive resort maintenace services including day-to-day operations, professional cleaning, maintenance, owner communication, operational support with contractors and suppliers, and future development projects.
We offer professional cleaning services for both individual apartments and common areas throughout the resort. Owners can arrange regular or one-time cleaning services by contacting our team.
SRPM keeps on regular communication with all participated owners through email updates, the news section of our website, and direct support channels. You can also contact us directly at any time for specific information or questions.
