Sunset Resort is welcoming owners again

We are pleased to inform you that Sunset Resort is now open, with the following systems restored:

Electricity Supply Restored
Water Supply Restored
Elevators Operational

The first owners are already on site, and the complex is gradually returning to its normal rhythm of operation, so that we may welcome the season with improved conditions and services.

What Is Currently Going On

Our team works on-site daily to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all owners and guests. The following activities are currently underway:

Electrical and Plumbing Systems

Maintenance of the electrical and plumbing systems in the buildings and common areas.

Timeline: ongoing

Swimming Pools

Preparation and opening of the swimming pools in front of the Sigma and Delta buildings.

Sigma: 11.05.2026 · Delta: 25.05.2026

Green Areas and Pest Control

Maintenance and sanitation of green areas, including pest control treatment.

Timeline: ongoing

Air Conditioning Systems

Maintenance and preparation of the air conditioning systems.

Timeline: by 15.06.2026

Restaurants and Bars

Preparation and opening of restaurants and bars, subject to occupancy levels within the complex.

Timeline: by 15.05.2026

The goal of all these activities is to ensure stable, safe, and predictable operation of the complex throughout the entire season.

Sunset Resort Is Restoring Its Functionality and Appeal

With each passing day, the complex is restoring its functionality and appeal, ensuring real conditions for:

Comfortable use of the properties
The possibility of rental
Increase in property value

We thank all owners who have already paid their maintenance fees for 2025 and 2026. Your commitment makes what has been achieved so far possible.
